Why Wear A Sports Bra

As woman there are certain rules that we have to follow. The way that we behave, how we act, and the things that we wear are known and should be followed. Many of us are happy to dress up and wear shoes and dresses that make us look beautiful and show off our figure. For some of us though it is the things that we wear underneath that bother us the most.

The first time we have to wear a bra – when we our still teenagers – we love it even if we are forced to wear the training, sports bras. We feel older and more mature somehow and we know that finally we are growing into our bodies. As we get older though the bra become overrated. Finally when we hit our late 20’s we feel that it is simply a punishment.

As much as we might hate the sports bra it is an important staple in our lives and one that helps to protect our bodies. Women who exercise – even a little – should never do it without wearing a good sports bra. It is important that the breasts remain in one place while you are bouncing around or falling down.

When your chest moves it is using what is known as the Coopers ligament. This is what keeps the breasts from sagging. The more they move and bounce around the more you are at risk for stretching that ligament. Once it has been stretched there is no reversing it and your breasts will forever be saggy.

That is why it is important to find a sports bra that will fit firmly around your whole chest – but without squeezing too hard. It needs to be able to support the breasts but without causing damage to the shoulders or back. Make sure that you try on the different shock absorber sports bras available and find the one that matches your style of training.
